Terms and Conditions of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY SETTLING ANY INVOICE ISSUED BY SKY GLOBAL TRADING LLC ("THE COMPANY"), THE PAYER ("THE CLIENT") OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. THIS PAYMENT CONSTITUTES A BINDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND AN IRREVOCABLE AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS LISTED BELOW.

These Terms constitute a binding contract between SKY GLOBAL TRADING LLC (Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE), hereinafter "The Company", and the Client.

2. Scope of Service & Limitation of Liability

2.1. The Company acts solely as an intermediary (Booking Agent) between the Client and third-party suppliers (Hotels, Tour Operators, DMCs, Airlines). We do not own hotels, airplanes, or transfer vehicles.

2.2. Zero Liability Clause: The Company is NOT liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or bankruptcy of any third-party suppliers.

2.3. The Company is NOT liable for any changes in the supplier’s operations, overbooking, flight cancellations, or force majeure events.

3. Client’s Financial Liability & Indemnity

3.1. The Client acknowledges that they are fully liable for their actions and the actions of their guests during the trip.

3.2. Damages: The Client agrees to fully indemnify and hold The Company harmless against any claims, damages, or penalties imposed by the Hotel/Supplier due to damage to property caused by the Client.

3.3. Incidental Charges: The Client is solely responsible for settling all personal bills (mini-bar, spa, excursions, city taxes) directly with the Hotel prior to departure. If the Supplier charges The Company for unpaid incidentals, The Client agrees to reimburse The Company immediately plus a 10% administrative fee.

4. Passports, Visas & Documents

4.1. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that all travelers hold valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from the date of return), appropriate visas, and meet all health/entry requirements of the destination country.

4.2. The Company is NOT liable for any costs, losses, or refunds if the Client is denied boarding or entry into a country due to incorrect, invalid, or missing documentation.

5. Payments, Currency & Banking Fees

5.1. Currency: All invoices are payable in the currency specified on the invoice (USD/EUR/AED).

5.2. Bank Charges: All bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, and currency conversion differences are the sole responsibility of the Client. The NET amount received by The Company must match the invoice amount exactly.

5.3. Card Fees: Payments made by credit card are subject to a processing fee (typically 3.0% - 3.5%) unless otherwise stated. This fee is non-refundable.

5.4. Exchange Rate: The Company reserves the right to adjust prices in case of significant exchange rate fluctuations between the booking date and the final payment date.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. Strict Policy: Unless specifically stated in writing as "Refundable" on your Invoice, ALL BOOKINGS ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.

6.2. No-Show Policy: In case of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive), the full cost of the booking is non-refundable (100% penalty).

6.3. Refund Process: Refunds are processed ONLY after The Company receives the funds back from the Supplier. Service fees charged by The Company are non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 90 working days to process depending on the supplier's banking procedures.

7. Client Conduct

7.1. Hotels and Airlines reserve the right to refuse service to any client deemed to be behaving disruptively or dangerously. If you are evicted from a hotel or offloaded from a flight due to your behavior, The Company will provide NO refund.

8. Complaints and Claims Deadline

8.1. Any legal claim or complaint against The Company must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the service end date. Claims submitted after this period are null and void.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if prevented by "Force Majeure" (war, pandemic, government restrictions, weather events, strikes).

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sharjah.
